I fell asleep last night and missed most of it.
But I did catch Nathan singing Music of the Night. Great song, of course, and in his style. But I really didn't think he was great at all. Pitchy in parts and really, just not that good. Why were the judges raving so much?

Hey Simone, I think that was a highlight after the rest of the night:) Was probably a good one to fall asleep through, there was nothing much exciting. Except maybe Stan - he's not always exactly right on pitch but certainly has musical flair and feeling. Hayley's first one was a shocker and her second better but short. But, yeah, after that night any of them could go.

ReplyDeleteI thought he was good. Sometimes I find him a little too shrill, but I like that he really commits to something and pushes the limits of his highish voice. I like high voices that don't just suddenly jump to falsetto after two notes.
