Okay, so I'm going to be without my MacBook for at least a week.

This is a great chance to:

• read some things on paper rather than on a screen.
• do the first stage writing of some songs - I start on paper then move to computer.
• feel what my kids feel when I don't let them have electronic time
• have some quality time with Andrew (begging to use his computer)
• enjoy the sunshine
• re-acquaint myself with the cd player
• cultivate patience (this desktop is slow)

This will be a good thing. It will.
