I normally do light weights (reasonably light, anyway), high reps (4-6 minutes constant). This morning I did heavier weights but low reps. This afternoon I felt like I was swimming uphill. Hard work.
Hard to feel fidgetty when your body is so stuffed. Time for sleep.
That's like every 12 hours - I think you're addicted. But here's a test - go 'cold turkey' for a week, as in not even so much as a walk around the block; if you're getting withdrawal symptoms, particularly psychological then you're definitely addicted.

I can't go 36 hours without withdrawals! Do I have a problem?
