What have I done?
- Tidied the house
- Gone to the gym
- Edited a song
- Practiced viola (accompanying myself on the electric piano I bought home from school. It has a memory!)
- Sat in a coffee shop for 4 and a half hours writing a talk
- Bought some new jeans
- Had a hair cut
- Ran to a friends house, had a drink and a chat, walked home
- Done some washing.
The dog is keeping me company and protecting me from all the noises this house makes. She's also demanding from me all the attention she'd get from the others.
Very productive...
ReplyDeleteI've had a busy day too. #2 child hasn't been to a birthday party for ages and then got invited to two on the same day today. I took him to one and Chris took him to the other one. While I planted lavender and tomatoes, and roasted a chicken, and cooked up some rhubarb and pumpkin. About to practise songs for church tomorrow and watch a DVD. The next batch of assignments can wait till tomorrow.
Sitting in the coffee shop for four and a half hours sounds like awesome fun. Can't wait till I can do that again.
Oh wow. Now I have weekend envy.

DeleteMy weekend consisted of 6 hrs of prep and painting a 2m x 2.5m block of window/door frames which face our deck.
ReplyDeleteForgot to add that I could have done with the 4.5hrs in a coffee shop preparing the next unit of kids church material.
