Not happy about Madam being in the same company as Tom and Teale.. I think it will be a bit of an Achilles heel for her if she can't get beyond her shyness a bit in the interviews and stuff. She has such a lovely smile that you can't help but like her, but then someone asks her a question and she has NOTHING to say.
