That really is beautiful. My parents owned a copy of "Songs from Books", a complete collection of the songs Kipling interspersed with his stories. It left home with me at 18 and I still have it. In my youth I wrote tunes to quite a few of them, but none of them were anywhere near as lovely as this one.
