Andrew is much better than the doctor told us last night. We are going to see him now. He may (possibly) be released tonight or tomorrow. We are very thankful.
The pain will still be considerable and he won't be able to do much, but things are so far better than they seemed a little while ago.
And we are thankful for good care, God's kindness and your prayers.
Sorry to hear you had such an awful end to your holiday. Praying Andrew recovers quickly and you get home with minimal pain - definitely a scary event! Take care...
ReplyDeleteGlad you have good news. Will keep praying.
ReplyDeleteGreat stuff.
ReplyDeleteNathan might have to preach for a month?
Fantastic!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is great news Simone. What a wonderful answer to prayer! How's he going to manage the trip home?
ReplyDeleteBlogger seems to have eaten my earlier posts. Just posting here to say sorry to hear your holiday's ended so scarily. Praying that Andrew recovers and that you get home safely.
ReplyDeleteThis is a much better scenario. Thanking God with you and continuing to pray.
ReplyDeleteMxx
That's fantastic news! Will keep praying for you all.
ReplyDeleteIronically, we've just got back from an overnight visit to the NSW snowfields to give the kids their first glance. So I missed all the excitement (?) here...though being well disciplined, I did start at the oldest, so if you're a believer in retroactive prayer, I managed to sneak some in before seeing the updates!
ReplyDeleteI'll also have a go at some of the more conventional, prospective variety :)
