But the trainer does sound a bit overexcited, in my (unexercised, couch potato's) opinion. How come she can't be happy with the goal amount of weight YOU want to lose rather than adding the extra 5kg?? I haven't seen you for a while but I don't recall you were greatly overweight? And exercising to the point of throwing up? What does that achieve, exactly?<br /><br />Obviously I'm no exercise expert, but it sounds like overkill to me.
